Question 1

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Safe Route Logistics moves freight across the lower 48. We're headquartered at 2881 Lithia Pl in Lithia Springs, Georgia, just outside Atlanta, with regular short-distance and regional coverage throughout the Southeast.

Question 2

What kinds of freight do you move?

Accepted Answer

Four lanes: Expedited Freight, Short Distance, Over the Road (OTR), and Final Mile. Expedited is the core of what we do — short-fuse loads that need to move today, not tomorrow.

Question 3

How quickly can you pick up a load?

Accepted Answer

We accept loads same-day and dispatch is staffed 24/7. For time-sensitive freight, call the hot load line at 470-852-2967 rather than waiting on a form.

Question 4

How do I get a rate?

Accepted Answer

Call dispatch at 470-630-3887, or send a freight request from the contact page. Have your origin, destination, pickup window, commodity or load type, and contact details ready — we'll review the request and follow up with a rate.

Question 5

Are you a carrier or a broker?

Accepted Answer

We're a carrier with company-employed drivers, running Sprinter cargo vans suited to expedited, regional, and final-mile work. Your freight moves on our equipment, and you can speak directly with the driver hauling it.

Question 6

What are your USDOT and MC numbers?

Accepted Answer

Safe Route Logistics LLC operates under USDOT 3532904 and MC 1176787.

Question 7

Can you move hazmat?

Accepted Answer

We're hazmat certified. Call dispatch with the details of your commodity and we'll confirm we can take it before you book.

Question 8

How will I know where my freight is?

Accepted Answer

You get active status updates from pickup through delivery, plus direct contact with the driver on your load. Dispatch is reachable around the clock at 470-630-3887.
